Maya Sanur Resort & Spa, Sanur (Bali)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The lagoon access room was truly a highlight, allowing me to step straight into the pool from my balcony. The staff was attentive and genuinely concerned when my daughter had a minor mishap at the beach. While the beachfront cleanliness left something to be desired, the relaxing spa facilities made up for it. That said, breakfast options were a bit limited, and the interior of the dining area could use some sprucing up.

My stay at the Maya Sanur was truly unforgettable. The hotel’s stunning decor and lovely ambiance really set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and the town of Sanur was just a stone's throw away with great shopping and restaurants. However, I did find the drink service at the tree top bar could be a little slow at times, and the smoking policy was a downside during my visit.

I absolutely loved the spacious lagoon access room, though the bath towels could be a bit thicker. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, and the breakfast spread was truly impressive. However, it would be great if they implemented a simpler system for housekeeping requests instead of ringing a bell.
